Kendra

Looks like this little puppy is where she wants to be. Her owners were walking her around crowded Ventimiglia market one Friday.

Kendra is two months old and lives in Ventimiglia. She is a Jack Russell Terrier and it looks like she's landed well and truly on her feet.

It's amazing how much Jack Russel puppies remind of Kromfohrländers. We have two Kromis and many have asked if they are Jack Russels. You can look at our dogs in web here: http://nelikot.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Omat+koiramme/Vipu/Pentuna/

Text is in finnish only and pictures are from different ages. The numbers mean age in weeks.

My goodness Pasi, what gorgeous puppies and so like what we call a Parson Jack Russell - ie the Jack Russell with the wire coat and longer legs. Not surprised people think they are JRTs. Yours are totally and utterly adorable. I suspect there must be a background somewhere - generation and generation ago - where there is a similarity. Are they used as ratting dogs in Finland? or were they?

Kromis are originally from Fox Terrier and Grand Driffon Vendeen. Kromis are not used as anything particular tasks but in Finland we have several dozens of Kromis doing agility.

Ah, that's interesting Pasi. Thanks. I don't know the background of a JRT by comparison.
