Dachshunds, especially wire-haired dachshunds, are too adorable, aren't they? This one was at Monaco Dog Show earlier this year. He looks as if he wishes his owner would hurry up with whatever he is doing. Note the skull and crossbones leash.

Such an adorable dog. My family had a daschie-cocker spaniel mix when I was a child.
I do love a dashie and the wire haired ones are so cute . You rarely see the wires these days ... sadly.
